Liquids, hazardous waste, and tires are not permitted. Bins must be level full. Heavy material such as dirt, concrete, and sod may not be more than a maximum of 6" up from bottom only. Payment: C.O.D. unless commercial account is in place. Cash or check only. Out-of-state checks are not accepted.
