| Our new fleet of low-emission trucks powered by clean natural gas are equipped with a mechanical arm that lifts and empties specially-designed carts. These trucks require your carts to be placed correctly. |
To ensure your trash is collected please follow these simple guidlines:
- Please set carts out by 6:30 am on collection day
- Make sure carts are at least one foot apart
- Carts must be at least two feet away from obstructions like walls or parked cars
- Do not place any trash on or beside carts
- Excess trash placed next to or on top of cart will not be collected
- Make sure that carts are not overfilled and lids are completely closed
- Follow directions from Rainbow drivers if they leave a notice on your carts
