From December 26 through January 15, Rainbow will collect and recycle your live Christmas tree. Trees must be no longer than 6 feet maximum-cut in half, if necessary. Remove the tree stand, all ornaments, and lights. Place the tree next to your carts for collection. If you live in an apartment or condominium that has bin service, place your live tree next to the bin. It will be collected separately.

Rainbow will also collect and recycle your flattened cardboard boxes, from December 26 through January 15. On your trash collection day, stack the cardboard next to your blue recycle cart. Rainbow will send a separate truck to collect the cardboard. More...
